Mass messaging
Mass messaging, or a broadcast, is sending one message to many recipients in a single run. In messengers it works only when the send looks like human behavior to the platform.
What it looks like
A list, a text and a start button. A few minutes later hundreds of people have a message from the company. For a business it is a fast way to remind people about itself, share news or bring back those who went quiet. Sometimes it brings a wave of replies and sales. Sometimes the numbers fall silent before the run is done.
Why it matters
A messenger is not an email list. Every number is tied to a real account and every recipient can report it. A broadcast that looks like a machine at work burns accounts, and with them the conversations those accounts carried.
What to do
Write to people who know you and expect you. Address them by name and by their situation, so the message reads as a note to a person, not a copy.
Do not rush: a number lost for the sake of one launch costs more than the day you saved. After each run, look not at how many messages went out but at what the broadcast brought. How teams that write a lot, every day, actually work is not a topic for an open page.

- Bulk WhatsApp and Telegram messages without bans: how to write to thousands and not lose your numbersNumbers get blocked for behavior that looks like spam: a stream to strangers, identical texts, complaints and a cold account. For a company, a ban means sales on hold. The main protection is not in settings but in the lead’s decisions: who we write to, with whose consent, in whose name, who is responsible for the numbers and who may stop a launch. Platforms publish no exact thresholds.
- How many messages a day can you send on WhatsApp and Telegram without losing a numberThere is no official safe daily limit in Telegram or WhatsApp: the platforms don't publish thresholds, and figures found online are guesses. A safe volume depends on the number's age, the share of strangers, complaints, identical texts and replies. Raise volume in small steps and stop when complaints rise or replies fall. The head of sales should own this rule, not each rep.
