Flood limit

A flood limit is a forced pause the platform imposes when an account makes requests too often. The pause ends on its own, but pushing through it makes the number look worse.

What it looks like

The platform answers a request with an instruction to wait. It names a period, and until that period ends the number cannot repeat the action. This is not a ban and not a spam block. It is a brake applied to speed, not to the account itself.

Why it matters

Sending that ignores the pause keeps hitting the same wall. Each attempt under the wait adds to the account reputation problem, and a short pause can grow into a real restriction. Sending exactly the way a fast machine would is the easiest way to get there.

What to do

Respect the pause and do not retry early. Attempts to get around it only make the number’s position worse.

And look at the cause, not the symptom. A flood limit is a message about pace that does not look human. A living person does not write a hundred messages a minute, and a number should not either. Do not rely on any exact figure you read online.
