Ad creative
An ad creative is the advertisement itself: an image, video, text or a combination that a person sees before clicking.
In plain words
In marketing, a “creative” does not mean a creative approach but a specific piece of advertising. A banner, a video, ad copy, a story. It is the first thing a person learns about the offer.
How it looks in practice
For one campaign several creative variants are usually made and run in parallel. After a while they are compared: which has a higher click-through rate, a lower cost per click, better conversion to applications. Weak ones are switched off, strong ones are scaled.
Every creative eventually burns out: the audience has seen it many times and stops reacting. Then the cost per click rises, and a new variant is needed.
Why it matters to an owner
The creative affects the whole chain. It sets the price of a click and the expectation a person arrives with. A bold promise brings many people, but if the sales team cannot then confirm it, the lead walks away.
A team lead should know which creatives are currently running. A sales rep who understands what the person saw before applying starts the conversation more precisely.
Common risk
Judging a creative only by clicks. An ad with a provocative headline gets many cheap clicks but brings people who never meant to buy. A separate risk is untrue or misleading promises: they may breach platform rules and advertising laws. Rules depend on the country, so check with a lawyer. If partners make the creatives, approve them before launch.

- How many messages a day can you send on WhatsApp and Telegram without losing a numberThere is no official safe daily limit in Telegram or WhatsApp: the platforms don't publish thresholds, and figures found online are guesses. A safe volume depends on the number's age, the share of strangers, complaints, identical texts and replies. Raise volume in small steps and stop when complaints rise or replies fall. The head of sales should own this rule, not each rep.
- Telegram CRM: what a sales leader should check before choosingBefore choosing a Telegram CRM, a sales leader answers five questions for themselves: whose numbers and accounts these are, who owns the conversations, who knows what about a client, what the company gives to a bot and what to people, and what happens to clients when a number gets limited. Legality and data location are worked out separately — against platform rules, your country’s law and with a lawyer.
