Affiliate (webmaster)
An affiliate (webmaster) is a partner who sends traffic to an advertiser's offer and is paid for approved target actions.
In plain words
An affiliate is a traffic supplier. It can be one person, a team or an entire agency. Some have their own sites and channels, others buy ads and work as arbitrageurs.
In CPA marketing, “webmaster” and “affiliate” mean the same thing: a partner who is paid for results.
How an affiliate judges an advertiser
An affiliate looks at their own economics: how much the traffic costs, what share of applications will be approved, how long the hold lasts and how reliable the payouts are. Together this gives earnings per click. If yours is lower than a neighboring offer’s, the traffic will go there.
That is why experienced affiliates watch approval rates and rejection reasons closely.
Why it matters to a manager
An affiliate does not see what happens to a lead after it is sent. They see only the status. If applications sit unanswered and are then rejected as “could not reach”, for them it is your problem, not a traffic problem.
The speed of the first reply and the quality of handling in chats directly affect which partners stay with you for the long run.
Common risk
Working with everyone and not splitting statistics by affiliate. Then one dishonest partner with incentivized or fake traffic gets lost in the overall flow, and you pay for their leads the same as for honest ones. Separate statistics for each source are the minimum protection.

- Viber broadcast without bans: how to message clients and keep your senderA Viber broadcast without bans rests on recipient consent, an easy opt-out, sensible hours, a recognizable sender, and personal texts that go to a small part of your client base first. The number and the sender name must belong to the company, not to an employee. You judge a broadcast by replies, opt-outs, complaints, deals, and revenue, not by the number of sends.
- Sales team motivation: what to pay for when sales happen in chatSales motivation works when the variable pay is tied to money actually paid, not to activity: message counts and time online are easy to inflate. You need a clear formula, a fair way of assigning clients and every rep seeing their own results. Non-cash motivation in chat means recognizing specific conversations, not saying generic words.
